To design and test behavioral interventions with pregnant and lactating women and health service providers to ensure increased adherence to Iron and Folic Acid (IFA) Supplements

Through a series of participatory workshops along with various stakeholders built an understanding of needs, motivations, and barriers in uptake and adherence to IFA pills and developed strategies for increased adherence using theories of emotional appraisal.

Used:
> Multiple Participatory workshops for needs assessment, ideation, prioritization, prototyping, user feedback and testing with new mothers,  husbands, mother-in-laws, front-line workers, health care providers. 
> Co-creation and co-design sessions within consortium as well as external experts in the field.
> Data synthesis, intervention design, and concept testing using various behavioral frameworks.
