Improving the value offering of Gramhal's service model by using immersive research and user feedback studies.

Worked closely with the founding team at this agri-tech startup where we focussed on empowering farmers with tech and data.

List App - a hyperlocal information and networking platform – so that farmers don’t have to distress sell their produce. 

Managed the end to end product development cycle of List App, designed the  UI/UX, and conducted usability tests.

Increasing user engagement with mandi review system for farmers and mandi staff on Bolbhav - an AI based chatbot of Gramhal.

Led the ideation and UI/UX of the mandi review system. This feature was designed to help increase peer to peer engagement and steer towards product led growth.

Branding, Website Design, and Website construction for Shila and Style - a business in luxury range precious and semi-precious stone slabs..

Using qualitative research and user testings we designed a website with user friendly interface and a luxury brand experience.

Gramhal's Impact Report 2022

Led the impact study with 1000 Bolbhav users. Managed a team of 9 researchers to conduct qualitative interviews, surveys, and focussed group discussions to gather data.
This report gave the organisation a significant push in receiving funding in the following months.

Mandi Price Web App

Redesigned a price input system for mandi staff in the form of a web app, cutting the time required for the activity from 15 minutes to just 3 minutes.
